Printing a List of Photos (Index Printing)

Follow the steps below for information on how to print several photos on one sheet as an index. This section explains how to print 20 photos onto one page.

Note:

The selectable index layout varies according to the Paper Source or Paper Size chosen in the Select Paper window.

In the Select Photos window, select the photos you want to print as an index.

In the Select Paper window, make the appropriate settings.

For details on the Select Paper window, see Select Paper Window.

Click the Layout and Print button in the header area.

Click Standard from Select Layout, and select the Index layout from the Layout selection list. The selected photos are laid out automatically.

Note:

The available layouts differ depending on the Paper Source and Paper Size selected in the Select Paper window.

Click Print at the bottom right.

To cancel printing, click the Cancel button from the window that appears during printing. Depending on the printing job, printing may not stop immediately.
